Isn’t it a dream to have your own cosy villa with all its green perks, but without trading city centre convenience for comfort?

Well, the dream project came true. Nestled within the vibrant landscape of Dubai, Villa Keturah offers a natural setting within an urbanised environment.

This residential haven spans across 480 square metres, offering a seamless blend of the big city life and green, suburban privacy.

Inspired by the local nature

At its core, Villa Keturah embraces the ethos of integrating local landscape elements into its architectural identity. The facade design is a symphony of contrasts: while the side facades emulate the strength and resilience of rock faces, providing a shield of privacy against external elements, the front facades embody the fluidity and grace of sand dunes, inviting a sense of openness and connection to the environment.

Roof as social space

One of the most striking features of Villa Keturah is its innovative use of roof.

In the traditional Eastern architecture, the roof was used as a special in-door place for friends and family gatherings. Here, we have strived to create a modern reading without losing the social, yet cosy aspect of the roof.

A stunning swimming pool graces at the top of the building, serving as a focal point that not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also symbolises the vitality and energy flowing through the residence.

Climatology Study

Incorporating insights from a comprehensive Climatology Study, Villa Keturah ensures optimal comfort and sustainability. Strategically placed shade canopies and greenery provide respite from the sun's rays, while panoramic sliding windows invite natural light to flood the interiors, creating a harmonious balance between indoor and outdoor living spaces.

Spread across three terraces, Villa Keturah boasts six exquisitely designed bedrooms, offering a sanctuary of tranquillity for its residents. With a total Gross Floor Area (GFA) of 463 square metres, in accordance with Dubai building codes, every inch of this architectural piece is thoughtfully crafted to maximise functionality and elegance.

Beyond its architectural grandeur, Villa Keturah is another example of our responsible development. From its efficient land use to its meticulous Area Analysis study, every aspect of the villa is optimised for sustainability without compromising on luxury.

Exterior

Commissioned by The Honest Group, Villa Keturah exemplifies a commitment to excellence and a vision for the future of residential living in Dubai. With its seamless integration of natural elements, innovative design, and sustainable practices, Villa Keturah stands as a beacon of sophistication and serenity in the heart of the city.
